- Rating 2.5The initial sign up of the membership was ok but what all it contains was not explained. So much so that I booked a massage and almost had to pay for it because my membership doesn’t kick in until the first payment is captured. I also didn’t necessarily care for my massage, it felt more like a deep in some areas than a medium or firm and since I wasn’t experiencing pain I didn’t appreciate having pain after the massage was concluded and 2 days after. As far as my front desk experience they were very personable upon my arrival so that wasn’t an issue but they advertised a raffle for the aromatherapy but didn’t explain how the service worked or that you all only use 12 drops. Not only did I not smell the aromatherapy during the service but I also asked the front desk and was met with an almost oh well attitude where it was then explained that it is added to lotion and only a small amount is used because some techs have an aversion to the smells. I didn’t appreciate that not only did I pay $12 for a 4oz lotion but also that I couldn’t even tell it was used during the service.
