  The staff is always very pleasant from the time I walk in into seeing me leave. Yesterday‘s visit I treated myself to back to back treatments. My first treatment was with Star to get a signature facial. The service was very amazing. She was intentional and knowledgeable about skin care. She had a very gentle touch And I really enjoyed my facial. My second treatment was with Amber for a one hour body massage. Amber is always great. I’ve seen her about three times and this time was the absolute best. She has learned my body and my desire pressure plus I added a foot scrub. That was an amazing addition to this service .

  Jeremy is an amazing massage therapist. He is kind, thoughtful, always wants me to enjoy the experience. He tailors his pressure on my likes and dislikes. Jeremy's massage was so good yesterday that I, for the first time in over 20 years as a Massage Envy member, actually fell asleep. I not only consider him an expert, I consider Jeremy as a friend. Thank you.

  So far i have loved every therapist my concern is administrative. This time i went and they said sign “something” on an ipad. I dont sign until i know . The woman left to get her manager came back and said you are only signing this one paragraph. I requested a printed copy waiting and she came back with a blank contract. The section she claims on the contract wasnt. Now i have had 10 minutes of wasted time just because the front desk was not trained. No one was unpolite but no one should just hand you an ipad and say sign this. I was not only not complimented with lost 15 minutes by the time my facial started but therapist ended 3 minutes early (10:47) so i really got a 1/2 hr service but paid for 1 hr (50 minutes)

  it's not bad. Again the sign up for membership is very confusing. Then you get a packet of goodies. That is not explained. So you don't know how to use them. also discounts on things. how to use addins. etc

  Now that the Mount Juliet location has seemed to correct the staffing issue, service and availability seems better. Time will tell if this location can continue increased staffing levels

  I booked online and it said it was $75. It did say in fine print that this was only if you had not been to massage envy in 6 months. It also said that it would give actual pricing on the final screen. I haven’t been to massage envy in years and it said my final price when I booked was $75. After my massage was over they told me it was $125. Rather than ruin my relaxation, I paid it and left and didn’t say anything. However I will never be going back.
