- Rating 4.5I have belonged to massage envy for a few years. I like being able to get as many massages as I want and when I want. If one location is booked I simply call another one! For the most part the masseuses are really good. Only a few from the years have I been dissatisfied with and I simply request to not be booked with them again.

- Rating 3.0You don't get the full time of massage that you pay for. They add in restroom/changing of clothes time. I expected the massage to last the entire appointment time. They should day it's a 50 minute massage and not 60.
- Rating 4.0I really enjoy some providers but some not so much. I feel like some months I waste my service because I can’t get in to see the providers I know I like. I also tried my first facial with the company and I was very disappointed. The service was just like the facial service I was taught to give in cosmetology school back in 2005. I left with cleanser dried to my face. Most of the facial experience was spent with the provider just lightly rubbing my arms. The exfoliating treatment was a joke and I didn’t like that I would need to pay an extra $20 for an adequate exfoliant.
