  That was by far the worst massage I have ever had. I went for a 60 minute massage and not only did I only get 46 minutes of touch time, I got charged $125. What a joke. I was pain free and fine when I arrived and when I left, my back is extremely sore and I am having intense lower back pain since. Kristy was rushing everything, even the way she moved my arms was abrupt. I kept hearing her pump oil but It felt like she was rubbing hard dry hands on my back. I asked her specifically to work on my legs and she spent about 2 minutes on each one. She spent the last 10 minutes rubbing the same spot on my shoulders. I was shocked to hear her say she has done this for 12 years. It was the worst experience ever. I will not be back and I will share with others what an over priced disaster Massage Envy was. I have been to a competitor many times for a 90 minute massage and is charged $105 and am treated way better. The therapist are well trained, they care and are considerate of my time and see it as an investment in me. I felt like a bother and that Kristy was counting down the seconds to kick me out. I am now having to visit a chiropractor on Monday because of what feels like a vertebrae has been knocked out of place. I can't even stand up straight and am in extreme pain. What was supposed to be a relaxing massage and treat for myself, turned into a horrible weekend experience. I don’t have many regrets, this is definitely one of them.

  Very friendly staff. The lady at the front desk was informative and helpful. My masseuse (Stephen?) was nice, funny, and not overly talkative which I appreciated. He was professional and really seemed to know what he was doing.

  In Knoxville you can never get weekend appointments. I so wish I had never signed up at Christmas I gifted two just to get rid of some of my visits and I am still at 7 1/2. I went Saturday only to find out that they didn't have my appointment down. I was shocked when I called there was one it being short of a couple weeks out. I expressed my frustrations only for the person at the desk to explain there are very few therapist on weekends. Well I like them and a large percentage of the population am off weekends. I live in New Market so this is a very long drive for me. Funny when I complained all the sudden there was an opening for Sunday I got another appt for 4/7 and another for 5/4. However, then on Monday got a text saying that the therapist on 4/7 had then requested the day off and Suprise Suprise my appointment is cancelled. This company continues to sell memberships but you can never get an appointment. My best friend just got rid of her appointments and cancelled and my cousin is also trying to do the same thing. At this point it is a joke between all of us. I think next steps are better business bureau and social media post to warn people of almost what seems to be a pyramid scheme.

  Seems like it gotten harder to get appt later in the day. After 4 or 5 pm My massage was good, but way to much oil was used. I've never had to wipe it off before when I was done.
