- Rating 5.0Rebecca having a back ground in health care, was very conscientious regarding my facial.i had presently had a month of Effie’s treatment and she was very careful not to use anything that would irritate my skin.

- Rating 4.0I am familiar with Massage Envy but this las experience wasn’t the best. The massage therapist was sweet and kind but I asked for medium pressure and she gave me light. I told her she could use more pressure but that did not improve throughout the rest of the session. The was some confusion at the front desk, this was my 1st visit at this massage envy and I expressed that I just moved to the state. I did not the get the introductory rate that I thought I would get but the young woman who was assisting me at the front desk, told me the total of $125.00, she didn’t give the me opportunity to add my own gratuity, she just added it for me. I am usually a good tipper and I would have tipped more but i think the front desk person took away from the therapist tip. I used to work in customer service for years and I was turned off when the front desk person who was helping me cause she was eating at the front desk. Do you all not have a break room? Sitting there eating fries and licking your fingers as you cash me out is unacceptable for front of house.
