  Massage was fantastic but the ambiance lacks the relaxing feel. While receiving the massage, you can hear the conversations from the lobby and the therapists are rushed. Once coming out of the massage you are immediately approached at checkout for memberships and return visits.

  I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the significant decline in the quality of services I have received from your company. Over the years, the value I receive has diminished considerably, no longer justifying the fees I am charged. • Reduced Service Availability • Unprofessional Cancellation and Mismanagement of Appointments: The cancellation of my appointment on December 18, 2024, without my consent or prior communication, is unacceptable. I had two 90-minute appointments scheduled for December 18th and 20th. During my visit, a manager stated these appointments were not permissible, creating a confrontational situation. While I appreciate the staff member at the register who corroborated my account of the original booking, the incident itself reflects poorly on your company's management and communication practices. This disruption further emphasizes the lack of respect for my time and schedule. • Overall Decline in Service Scheduling.

  All the people were very nice and I liked your membership program. But you do not have a web site for making appointments and I find the app difficult to use. But the biggest problem is that I do not seem to know or have a choice in who the provider of the service might be.

  The massage and everything about the visit was great - it's just the availability is horrible - you have to book 2-3 months out.

  Difficult to get appointment on your desired date/time. The therapists keep changing and now I am on the 3rd therapist. I liked Tonya's massage and after two rounds, she was not available any more. I am not sure why they can' keep their therapists. I am quite disappointed that I dont know who my next therapst will be. Not sure if they look at me and then give me the worst days/times.

  The staff was wonderful. The Turkey Creek establishment not so much. The spa is ready for a complete update. Normally I go to the Alcoa location, and I was surprised that the restroom was a single stall room, quite basic. Also, I am used to a complimentary small bottle of water after my facial or massage, which I did not receive at Turkey Creek. I came to this location because my facial tech had transferred.
