- Rating 1.0This is the worst experience not only with a business but a facial. Not only was I mocked for “booking a facial at the last minute” but she took a few minutes to talk to me, which is expected. What was not expected was leaving on me an unheard non cozy stiff bed for 6 minutes. My start was 11:10. She washed my face but did no type of massage around my temples just immediately started the Micro abrasion. She did two passes. Put some cream on my face while the machine was still going then just left after telling me to dress and she would get me some water. I was out in the lobby before she even brought the water. She ended the session 16 minutes if the 10 minutes of undressing conversation is included. However when I book the website mentions 10 minutes is not apart of the 60. If this is the case then this is even worst because I got shorted 26 minutes. then left me on the table for 6 minutes so my start time was 11:10. She
