- Rating 3.0The staff was wonderful. The Turkey Creek establishment not so much. The spa is ready for a complete update. Normally I go to the Alcoa location, and I was surprised that the restroom was a single stall room, quite basic. Also, I am used to a complimentary small bottle of water after my facial or massage, which I did not receive at Turkey Creek. I came to this location because my facial tech had transferred.

- Rating 2.0Although, I loved my massage (once I finally got it) the experience overall sucked. This was a gift and when my mom scheduled it the only date was a month and a half out, but she took it and no one complained. Then I got a call wanting to move the time up to earlier in the day, no problem, but then a few days before my appointment it had to be canceled because no one was available. After multiple calls and complaining, I was placed on the cancelation list and within 5 minutes of hanging up someone had canceled and I had an appointment for the next day. Let me back up and add that in the month and a half I was waiting and kept getting postponed/canceled my mom was able to get multiple massaged and got numerous texts about opening due to cancelations, but not once did I get a call or text, I didn't even get calls back after complaining until I called back.

People are usually booked, can't book ahead beyond a certain point, and no alternative except to try again later. Before I may have experienced a few weeks wait when very busy but now it's more like months. Not a fan of this new "way" of doing things. I'm very hesitant to recommend this business to anyone.
