- Rating 5.0Sam is so good at "rubbing me the right way", and I appreciate the breast pillow because I had breast cancer and my left breast is very tender. I'm not certain that other massage providers have this particular accomodations.

- Rating 1.0I had a massage scheduled at 11am and a facial at 12. At 1110 I went to the desk to inquire about why I hadn’t been called back yet. The front desk staff came over and said the therapist was running behind but they would offer me a free enhancement of my choice. However I would still use a full credit and only get a 30 min massage because they couldn’t push back the facial. I declined not wanting to waste a credit for only 30 mins. However, I missed out on a massage that I arrived early for and instead of offering me another credit for my inconvenience, I was told by the manager on duty that they would graciously not charge me the cancellation fee!!! They were the ones that were in the wrong…not me. I was very disappointed. I have recommended ME to friends but will be taking that recommendation back and will cancel as soon as my term is completed.
- Rating 4.0Clunky process for checking out when not your home location. You tout a national chain of locations with flexibility, but the friction here needs improvement. My service provider was a nice guy, but the massage was one of the worst If had in my 10 years of off/on membership. Def needs work on his skill set.
