- Rating 1.5We have had better massage therapist there, when we made the appt I asked for one female and one male and this was confirmed, we had two females, and she didn't do enough pressure for requested deep tissue. It didn't feel like we had a massage.

- Rating 1.0The Salesperson up front had me sign a contract after I had just been in a euphoric state from the massage and had a "massage high" so I was unable to actually really read anything. She rushed me through the sign up paperwork on a tablet, and I was under the impression that I was paying for all sessions in a group/in full. I paid IN FULL that day for a sessions package, but she marked on the contract (which was sent to me AFTER I was told my account was suspended due to non-payment) that I was paying monthly.. this is concerning because there is literally a box on the contract "paid in full" that was NOT MARKED. I PAID IN FULL!! When I contacted Massage Envy confused about what was going on, they stated I was in a "month-to-month" contract for $70/month and that the "last payment didn't go through" so my account was "suspended" even though I still had remaining credits on my account for what I was put under the impression initially was a part of a paid in full package. When I told her to cancel my alleged membership, she stated "the system" won't let her cancel my membership until I pay the $70 that is "owed" as if they will continue to charge me even though I told them to CANCEL whatever alleged "membership" they have put me on. This is absolutely the most crooked business practice I have ever heard of!!
