- Rating 1.0I signed up with Massage Envy Cool Springs when they first opened. I was told my $55 rate would never go up and I could visit any Massage Envy in US. I signed a contract with these terms. I am now paying $75 and was charged additional $5 fee for busing the Brentwood location. Therapist was nice but avg. Massage Envy tactics of not honoring their contract is beyond unacceptable. No loyalty to their customers who have been with them for 15+ years. I will be cancelling my membership.

- Rating 1.5Appointments were cancelled very often on companies end. Some therapist continuously talk during the session. Waiting time between meeting therapist and actual massage has been anywhere from 5-15 minutes. My recent therapist opened up a can of red bell when she entered and belched very loud.
