As a customer of this location for over 10 years now, I'm familiar with other locations in the Nashville area and KNOW this location exceeds others by not only a kind front desk staff but Bill Mullins is a thoughtful consistent therapist ... My wife is also a customer and while she took off for covid, has returned and I'm happy that the two therapists she's been using have been the best in our time here. The information form I take every time has basic familiar questions that never change but as we're all hoping to get past this past year of Covid, why don't you add THIS question; HAVE YOU HAD THE COVID 19 vaccine shot? Now, you are supposed to do a temperature check on arrival but you would have a better picture of your customer base by knowing how well the customer is taking care of him/herself.. I would think the THERAPISTS on your payroll would like to know this information. And I would bet your customers would feel confident in knowing all the therapists HAVE had the shot.. I'm sure they have. But, action speaks louder than words and if we really ARE all in this together, asking the right questions helps you have more information that even a future client would probably feel good to know. I would have mentioned this to Steve or Theresa but they are rarely in the franchise and this is probably a Phoenix decision... surprised nobody hasn't asked this already.
