- Rating 2.0I have never gotten access to the app or online login for booking appointments and checking on my account. I only get error messages despite being a member for years! It's the most inconvenient subscription service I have ever had. I have reported it multiple times and the staff has supposedly put in several help tickets "to corporate" but nothing works. There really needs to be a solution. I have so many massages that I haven't used and when I get through them, i will be canceling and never returning.
