- Rating 5.0The therapist listened to my needs and provided a massage and treatment that helped relieve the muscle tension and stress I was embodying. He provided an environment that was open to communication and adjusted the pressure of the massage as needed.
- Rating 3.5Rating mostly based on price. It would be nice if long time members received a discount or other worthwhile perks (ie I've been going to this location for over 15 years). Perhaps a birthday discount or anniversary discount would be something else to consider.
- Rating 1.0The therapist was highly proud of herself to find pressure points and not let up until I was almost in tears although asking to not do that. I still have a headache from her grinding on my neck and shoulder. I tried to leave twice during my "massage". This was the worst experience I've received from massage envy, and I've been to several Coast to Coast.
- Rating 5.0Always friendly when I arrive and my massage always helps my aches & pain
- Rating 4.0would be a 10 except for the "non-member" pricing
- Rating 4.5Friendly, prompt and professional. Welcoming atmosphere.
- Rating 3.5I really like massage envy at cool springs, but all locations are not the same and my experience has not always been pleasant at other locations.
