  Lady who did my massage talked all the way through it and I was more stressed and hurting worse less than when I came in for the session. I still had to pay in full and she still did her session so she still got her over $40 tip — and I’m the only one that lost in the situation- yet again.

  Customer service and management are subscribed par. Majority of the staff that has taken care of me for years is GONE! New management has gone down hill. The lobby aesthethets is in shambles. You cannot get a return call. You cannot get an appointment booked. I think the staff has left! In August, our aesthetician was a no show. Come to find out, the young male sales assoc relayed that the manager asked to to stay home! I never got a refund for that months auto withdrawal or a call or email. I have sent 3 emails to corporate to complain.

  Scheduling requirements under new management are the only drawback I've experienced. It's more difficult to schedule more than one appointment, which reduces our flexibility to plan our own time and still get the massage therapist of our preference.

  Rocio is amazing and I will be devastated if she leaves. However, the attentiveness and personality of the front desk staff has really gone down. No one ever offers to assist me in making my next appointment, and they’re frequently on their phone distracted before I get assistance.

  Rosio is wonderful. I clean houses for a living and benefit greatly from help of having a deep massage. Huge help!!!! Thank you for being nearby

  Upon signing up I was lied to, they took my cc after i said i would like to come in Wed, he said no prblem. After having my cc he said we dont have an appoint, Wed, or Thurs. Then when I came in I was suppose to get free first visit. I did not. Then I was told I would pay 70.00 got charged 80.00. Should have bee free first visit. Terrible management. Great message.
