- Rating 5.0The staff at the Simpsonville, SC Massage Envy are so nice, personable and always have a smile on their face. On my last visit, they knew my Mother had recently passed away and they presented me with a card with many wonderful and comforting words. My Mom was a member until her heath declined in the past few months and she loved to go get her massages from Lee and her facials from Ally. Lets not forget the best front desk person Kelly, she is so sweet and always has a beautiful smile on her face. All the staff are great! I have never had the first negative vibe from any of them. The Manager Kristen is very good at her job also.

She remembers that I like to be scheduled in on a Saturday or a Sunday and calls if something comes available with Gerrard. I have only scheduled with him because he is very professional and I always feel so relaxed after a massage with him! He always greets me with a smile and I genuinely feel like he cares about his clients.
