  Massage and masseuse were great, absolutely no complaints in that department. My problem comes with the unorganized and horrible customer service of the front desk/manager. The massage was gifted to me by my mother, and was paid for before I went, I was unaware pf this at the time, at the end of it I was told I owed $80, which would have been fine if it hadn’t already been paid previously but it was. After figuring out we double paid for one single hour long service we asked what happened and were told that it showed it wasn’t paid for. My mother sent them proof of the 1st payment, to which the manager then says they are unable to do a refund but they were able to give me another massage because then someone would not get paid. This did not sit right with me, it does not make sense that someone wouldn’t get paid if a customer DOUBLE paid the service which was their fault. We demanded a refund, and all of a sudden were told they were able to do it. Was told that she would issue a refund and to look out for an email that she was working on sending. Have yet to get the email and a refund. Just horrible customer service over all, no sorry for the mix up, really didn’t even give us too much of an option outside of just getting another massage. My mom has been on a program with the company for a long while and has built up a lot massages but is going to be out of $700 once she cancels her membership and all because of the CUSTOMER SERVICE we received. I can only imagine how many people this has happened to and they haven’t spoken up about it. Won’t be going back and will never recommend to anyone else.

  Janisha gave a great massage but upon checkout I was surprised to learn I was charged an additional $10 because it wasn’t my home ME. I’ve gone all over the country and never had to pay an upcharge. When ME first opened, I joined and paid $49/mo. I was told the rate would stay the same. I now pay $20 more per month and I still have to add more!?!? Unbelievable!!

  Prior to meeting Ashley, my massage appointments had been changed or canceled several times. Not only does Ashley give an amazing massage, she is prompt and reliable. I really enjoy it!
