I don't give a ***** that this massage envy is more expensive than my home location. 1 hour is 1 hour everywhere. I was charged $20 for my last massage and told it was because I don't pay what they charge for a monthly membership. Because of this, I will be using the remainder of my built up hours and canceling my membership. This is a ***** policy and I will not be spending any money in the North Myrtle location or any of the Myrtle Beach locations because I will not give this greedy franchise owner any of my business.

- Rating 1.0Your front desk clerk was very rude and insisted that we leave a gratuity for our masseuse which we had already done when we left the massage room. My wife unknowingly gave her another tip when I learned this, I went back in and requested that she returned it and reminded her that a tip was voluntary and not mandatory, very disappointed, and another reason we will not return
