I almost don't want to identify her by name for selfish reasons as she is hard to book. I don't think I would return if I could not get Christine. Otherwis.e, the facility is clean and the people at the front desk are friendly. I do have to say that the music lately is less than relaxing. The techno music is stressful and a bit annoying when I'm trying to relax. I even asked Christine what happened to the rainforest music. Even elevator music would be an improvement

Everyone there demonstrated excellent customer service, were friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our visit to Massage Envy. It was a wonderful and memorable activity of our vacation. Thank you to each of the ladies we came in contact with.
