- Rating 5.0great value for the money, therapist Jonathan was outstanding, hitting all the right places and leaving me feeling relaxed and rejuvinated
- Rating 1.5That was the worst I ever had. Therapist didn’t know any pressure points. I showed the Therapist specifically my problem areas on shoulders three times and she never touched those stress points. Then she told me she have seizures (which really scared me and stressed me out). I wanted to get up snd walk out, and end that massage, but was afraid I would be charged for the entire time. This must be an untrained Therapist. I strongly believe Massage Envy owes me a do over.

- Rating 5.0My massage with Rhonda was incredible. I have had numerous massages over the years and this was one of the best ever. Very healing! Rhonda was so concerned about my comfort and addressed the discomfort I was having upon arrival. I highly , highly recommend Rhonda if u are lucky enough to get an appointment with her.

- Rating 3.5Prior to Covid, I was a Member for 13 years. Most experiences were very good. Administration not so much, and yes, its true what ive always heard that when you do not renew, whatever you have in the "bank" is stolen from you in that i fully paid for at least two sessions, that I was not allowed to use. The rest of my answers will evaluate my most recent visit, which was the first Ive had since Covid.
