- Rating 1.0Front desk attendant was not very attentive or helpful. I was trying to transfer credits to my wife and she told me I didn’t have any. Had to give her my name again she was looking at the wrong account. Massage was good but when I came out had a voicemail from the facility asking where I was. When I called back and explained I just had a massage it was discovered I was given the wrong therapist. This happened because someone with the same first name as me was also coming in at the same time. I didn’t receive the massage I paid for. I’m sure this is a waste of my time and will not hear back from anyone about this.

- Rating 5.0I have been going to the Long Point location for over 10 years. I always leave feeling 10 times better physically and mentally compared to when I arrived. Every masseuse skillfully addresses the muscle groups I would like while covering as many other areas possible with allotted time. Questions with my account are handled quickly and professionally.
