- Rating 1.0They stole your money. They didn’t tell you about the cancellation policy. They trick you by saying you can reschedule to avoid a penalty, but then when you do, they charge you a penalty equal to the service cost—and also charge you for the service itself. The place had two broken tables. They had to put a pillow under me to do the facial. It took them 20 minutes to fix the table issue, and instead of giving me the full 60-minute service, they only did 40 minutes. The customer service was horrible—rude and disrespectful. The front desk lady acted like the table issue was new, but the esthetician admitted it had been like that for a long time. They didn’t care about my complaints. The front desk woman kept repeating the same thing without any empathy. It was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. After I paid, they acted like nothing happened and even asked me if I wanted to give feedback about the table—after I had just told them I would never return. It felt like she wasn’t listening at all, like a robot with a recorded message.

- Rating 3.5Frankie gave the best massages! Mikala does a great facial. After having 2 chemical peels with retinol add ons, I really don't think that part is really doing anything more than i could do at home I'm disappointed in the results of the chemical peels.
- Rating 3.5I really liked my service provider,Wendi, and will definitely book with her again, but I do not like the pressure before and after massage about buying a massage package.
