- Rating 3.5I loved how welcoming Adrienne made it. But that wasn’t until I got to the back.
- Rating 4.5Since ME lengthened the survey with a huge amount of line items I find it too time consuming to fill out the survey. Remember your customers pay for your services. If ME wants their customers to fill out lengthy surveys every visit perhaps ME should provide some sort of discount incentive as we are proving a service to ME. If I have an issue with the service or the facility I will contact the ME location and provide feedback directly.
- Rating 5.0I had a great experience at massage envy. I’ve had five or more massages by a variety of massage therapist and have always walked away, please. The price is decent and I am thankful to have a variety of locations to pick from. My only feedback would be sometimes the therapist talks a little bit more than I would like them too. I prefer to be in a relaxed environment and sometimes the conversation is too much for me to be able to do so.

- Rating 4.5Katie is AWESOME!!! She has been my massage therapist for a couple of years now. She makes sure that she knows what areas are bothering me each time I see her. She makes sure to check in when she's done to make sure that I feel better. I like that I can get in almost any time that I want.
