- Rating 2.0The experience and the therapist were wonderful but the massage table was SO noisy it kept startling me when is cracked and clanked. It really ruined the whole experience.
- Rating 1.0My massage therapist did not show up for my 9am appointment. At 9:45am they put me in with another massage therapist who I used one time in the past and had not rebooked with her as her service were not a good fit for me. I was not asked about changing providers. I was told when the the provider opened the door and called me back so no opportunity to politely decline service. Was also promised free add on for them being late. This also did not happen
- Rating 2.5It was great until they tried to get me to buy a 98$ face wash, 50$ lotion, 75$ monthly membership, and then threatened me with "well if you don't do this it will be 125$ next time you come in" knowing I was a student on a tight budget who was only able to come in because of a gift card. Someone is a lot more likely to come back if they don't feel like you are just trying to squeeze out every dollar possible from them, even if that is what you're trying to do.
