So they charged me my whole session which I believe wasn’t fair because I could have went on and gave everyone Covid and the flu but I was caring enough to let them know this reason

Yesterday was a prime example nothing against the massage therapist but it just seemed more mechanical than normal and the price keeps going up and it seems the quality keeps going down.
