When I got there, there was 5 minutes to fill out paperwork, more time chatting with the masseuse, then she left me for quite a while to get undressed and lay down (way too much time), then the time for getting dressed, checking out and when I got back to my car, exactly 95 minutes had elapsed since I went in. Needless to say, I feel like I may have gotten a 60 minute massage after all the wasted time. Do I feel ripped off? Yes, I actually do.
