- Rating 2.0Well I loved my facial the girl was wonderful but my massage wasn’t good the guy anthony was about ten minutes late to get me from the tranquility room didn’t adjust the light was I couldn’t see he seemed a little erratic he was all over the place with my massage. But also when I was getting my facial there was dust on the vent and ceiling as well as in the steamer.

- Rating 5.0Paul and Marc are the best deep-tissue masseuses I have had to-date. While different in technique, each have been able to deal effectively with too-tight muscles and the many aches and pains from sitting at a computer all day.
- Rating 5.0Marc is just amazing. I always leave feeling relaxed and free of tension. And the office staff are kind and welcoming as well.

- Rating 1.5The last massage I got was probably one of the worst massages I’ve ever had. I was so upset by it I have considered canceling my membership. I told my therapist multiple times that I wanted firm pressure, and asked if she could apply more. It felt like a child was poking me. I was never able to relax. She never asked me if I was comfortable, never checked in on me during the session. She even ended the session early, almost 15 minutes earlier than with the 5 minutes on each side of the session for changing, so almost 25 minutes early, but I just wanted to leave anyway because it was so bad. She never met me after the massage outside of the room to offer water. She just didn’t care. When the massage was over, she just got up and left. So awkward. I’m super disappointed with the entire session.
