- Rating 3.5I would give the massage a 7 out of 10. I like the convenience of the multiple locations and availability to book a massage but that is about all I can say. Unfortunately I'm locked into a membership so not much I can do. I tried the EP location after getting cancelled last minute in Providence. My hour massage started at least 15 min late which would have been fine if the still gave me my full massage time but I was dress and out the door 7 minutes after my original end time so I know my massage was cut short. Not a great service.

- Rating 5.0Renata is the best! Always helpful with recommendations of facial treatments, home face care, etc. I will continue to visit with Renata monthly. Thank you!
- Rating 5.0I see Renata for skin care. I consider her top notch! Renata is very knowledgeable regarding skin care. I will follow her recommendations as I have in the past. Renata makes a client feel comfortable. She is a pleasure. I also consider Kristen to be an excellent Massage therapist. She does deep tissue and is excellent in helping remove muscle tension. - Rating 5.0Technician very knowledgeable and sensitive to my needs. Raquel was very professional and explained step by step each process of my chemical peel and was genuinely concerned with how my skin was reacting to the treatment.
