- Rating 3.0Real time for all procedures are 10 minutes shorter than described. It was explained that it is used for explanation to the client. This is not true. It takes 3 minutes. Moreover, all the requests are in the form that you fill out, no pint of discussing it anymore. So. Massage is NOT 60 minutes, it is 50min, and 30min procedures is 20

- Rating 4.0The only thing that needs to change is there should not be infomercials playing in the rooms while you are getting a massage. This went on for about 5 minutes and I asked for it to be turned off but the therapist and front desk could not do anything about it because it came from corporate. This really ruined the zen and relaxation moment and it should be changed. Thanks!

- Rating 1.0I received two texts in the evening asking if I wanted to tip my facial person. However, I had left cash in an envelope for with the front desk. Normal practices. When I responded to the text saying this the response was okay thank you. I thought the whole situation was incredibly unprofessional. I did not receive an apology. It was insulting and annoying.
