- Rating 4.0The only thing that needs to change is there should not be infomercials playing in the rooms while you are getting a massage. This went on for about 5 minutes and I asked for it to be turned off but the therapist and front desk could not do anything about it because it came from corporate. This really ruined the zen and relaxation moment and it should be changed. Thanks!

- Rating 1.0I received two texts in the evening asking if I wanted to tip my facial person. However, I had left cash in an envelope for with the front desk. Normal practices. When I responded to the text saying this the response was okay thank you. I thought the whole situation was incredibly unprofessional. I did not receive an apology. It was insulting and annoying.

- Rating 5.0I forgot the name of the woman who massaged me. I believe it was Tina. She was absolutely amazing. It was my first time so she made sure to explain everything and would check in to make sure I was satisfied with the pressure. My shoulders, back, and legs felt brand new afterwards. She was great!
- Rating 4.5Tina was incredibly patient and listened well. I have sensory problems and widespread chronic pain and she respected the boundaries of my requests without judgment. She made suggestions, and when I refused them for this appointment she was fine with that and didn't push. It was easy to book an appt online and again inside after my appointment.
