- Rating 5.0Every Massage Envy location I have attended in PA & MD has a comforting and relaxing atmosphere. The lobby's open windows make it bright and warm. The relaxation room is charming, with a defuser emitting wonderful, subtle, relaxing fragrances. The mints and refreshments are a nice touch while decompressing and preparing for your massage.

- Rating 5.0Arianna and Krystal are super sweet and nice. Both know how to do their jobs and are extremely professional. Extremely understanding and compassionate! I documented my appointment time incorrectly and Arianna called and left a very nice and pleasant reminder on my voicemail. When returning her call, She was still accommodating and pleasant. She reviewed the schedule with Krystal and was able to get in for the massage. Once there things went smoothly! Completed the digital paperwork and then Krystal took me back, reviewed my needs and then very effectively resolved my upper neck and back pain. Things went so well I signed up for subscription service and have rebooked with Krystal. Also Arianna inquired about a few enhancements, which generally I do not purchase, but after a little discussion on how the sports type with heat and cold works, I was sold! Then Krystal hit it though the park in fun conversation and excellent therapy!
