- Rating 3.0Joel was excellent as usual. However I was disappointed to find out about a charge of $75 on September 10th. I had asked to freeze my account several weeks prior to this September 10th date charge only to find out that the account freeze requests are handled by one individual outside of the McCandless location. Apparently that person delayed the processed request until September 10th. I was told that the ME statement closing date was September 13th and only after this date I will no longer be charged this fee. Not fair to be penalized for this person's procrastination.

He was friendly, polite and professional. we talked about focus areas. He did not spend too much time on any one area. Was not overly talkative and did ask periodically about my comfort. He gave a fantastic massage which left me feeling relaxed. I had a great experience and plan to return to this location again soon!
