- Rating 1.5I got there at 1030. Appt was 11. I had to fill out paperwork so I got there early as to not waste time before my appt. I ended up having to wait until nearly 11:20 to begin. I sat in the waiting area and watched as everyone else was taken back before me. I peeked out to the receptionist and asked if my MT knew I was there and only then at 11:10 did she mention that the MT was running behind. I told her I had booked my first massage a 90 minutes and that meant I would be done at approximately 12:30. Being that it was already past that time I should’ve started and that I had another place to be shortly after I would’ve finished, I couldn’t keep my 90-minute treatment. She changed it to 60-minute which isn’t what I wanted but what was I to do? I traveled 35-40 minutes to be there and I didn’t have any other option. I believe the whole experience being that it was my first time there really wasn’t handled properly. The client before me that was late should’ve been made to change their appointment. I shouldn’t have had to miss out on my time for someone else’s lack of courtesy.
