Unfortunately there was a second communication issue that has cost me $85. I tried to gift someone a massage from my credits and I was told that I made an appointment when I was not aware that I had made one. We looked to see if my friend was in the system and I was told an account had to be created. My understanding was I had to get that process started by calling my home location, Warrington, then make an appointment for her. I called Warrington on Sept 5, they added her then. I called to make an appointment and was told they were booked. I was not told that an appointment was in there for her. Nor did either of us get a reminder text or call/ So, I went to my appointment and was told when I was done that my friend did not arrive and that they synced two accounts with her name on that day. Later that day, my friend told me she had a phone call at 1:20p from your location about her missing the appointment and having to charge for the missed appointment. I am terribly disappointed because I thought I was following instructions I was given and am out of $75 credit and $10 transfer fee. At no point BEFORE the appointment did anyone catch that two accounts and attempt to contact me or my friend.
