- Rating 1.0Commutation of the prices is spotty. I have the mthly package. 1st I was told that for the hot stones it was a minimum of a 90 minutes then after the massage it cost an additional $30. Not happy

- Rating 0.0It was the worst massage I’ve had. My therapist argued with me about how much pressure she should be using. She asked me if it was enough pressure, I said I would prefer more. She told me that it’s not good for me to have any more. Then why ask? She also told me I had a large lump in my calf and abruptly stopped my massage. I tried to feel a lump as did my husband and there’s nothing. Additionally she told me I shouldn’t lift weights, and that my neck felt arthritic. The whole massage was awful. The massage wasn’t good and on top of it she kept saying things that made me tense. The massage made me need a massage. I’m so incredibly upset with my experience. It was a gift certificate that I used and the only plus was I didn’t have to pay for it.

Was informed that my card had a balance of $90 on it. AFTER my service was complete; I was informed that my card had expired and there was a $0 balance. This is POOR business practice to allow the service to take place knowing that there indeed was an expiration on it (without telling me BEFORE I had the facial).
