- Rating 1.5My most recent visit was very disappointing. My appointment was for 11:30am for a 60-minute massage. My provider didn't come to take me to the room until almost 11:45am. By the time I disrobed and she returned, I lost 15-20 minutes (or 25% - 33%) of my paid-for time. To make things worse, after my massage, the front desk associate asked how things were. I explained what happened, and her response simply was, "oh, I wasn't here when you checked in, I'm not sure what happened." Basically indicating that it wasn't her problem since she wasn't here at check-in time.
- Rating 5.0The customer service at the front desk is excellent. They’ll let you know what options you have and offer you different services. I get my massages from Jeremy who is excellent I would refer him to anyone that wants a good massage.
