  The massage was fine but the front staff changed my appointment without telling my the therapist also changed, I like having the same person for my appointments

  Easy to book appt, Lori (sp?) is awesome and does a great job of explaining what she is doing. Solved issues with which I had been dealing for years. Convenient scheduling and a great location.

  I haven't been able to get a quality theraputical massage in quite a few years. I feel that i'm wasting my money. I can't stop paying the monthly fee until I use up the banked sessions. If I freeze the account and pay the small amount each month until I am able to use the banked ones, i'm not allowed to use the services that are already paid for. I can't get an appointment with a true qualified therapist that knows how to do deep tissue work.

  Not sure other locations… but front desk at exton location is very inexperienced. Last appointment at this location cost my 2 complete packages out of 3 for 90 min massage. While asking the question front desk was unable to give reason. Not sure where that 30 mins goes away. Also 1-2 week back suddenly my account was suspended because “no show”. But reality was ME called me 1 day before to change the appointment as there was some issue at their end for availability of provider. Than I told them to cancel my appointment which they did well before 24 hours. Later they gave me crap reason that my card was not on file but I already provided new card in April and money was deducted for last 2 months membership.

  My 90 minute massage was by Bryce & he talked almost the whole time. I just don’t understand the mentality. It’s supposed to be quiet while listening to the soothing spa themed sounds and not someone who is so self involved that they don’t even realize they are doing this! He talked about his chickens & racoons & other nonsense. 90 minutes of ***** & when I asked for more pressure he said, oh you’ll know this is just the staging part. What does that even mean? My grandson could have done a better job! You asked. So im telling you. But the facial was wonderful. Shout out to Daria!

  I had the most painful facial of my life. The exfoliating cleanser burned and hurt and every step after that was incredibly painful. It was awful! Cleaned my face off in step one, then asked if I was wearing make up which I was and then had to use the makeup wipe saying “I need to remember to do that before the cleanser, but I already had the soap on my hands, sooo”. Terrible experience. My face was swollen last night, and today has petechia and small cuts/abrasions all over my cheeks/jaw.
