  Chad and Danielle are my dream team. First, I experience, chronic migraine that often is triggered from the tension in my back, shoulders and neck. I have always found massage therapy to be beneficial, but never in my 10 years of having migraines have I felt completely pain-free until my session with Chad. He was so thorough and I still feel the benefits now a week later. He is truly so skilled and anything that Massage Envy can do to celebrate him, absolutely should be done. Then for Danielle, one she is an absolute delight and you can tell she takes skin care so seriously. I actually have pretty decent skin and not many issues but the way she has brought out a new level to what my skin can be is so rare for me. I’ve been with Massage Envy for quite some time now, and these two are by far the best representations of the company and their fields.

  I’m trying to cancel my annual subscription but everytime i’m told to call another time or visit some other day as the manager is not available. Its irritating because I have now tried to call several times to get this resolved but everytime i get the same response. It would be helpful if they make a note or give an email id to send them an official confirmation.

  My therapist May was magnificent! As someone continuing to recover from an earlier cervical spine surgery, I appreciated how efficient yet thorough she was in our consultation. Her technique was excellent - I will highly recommend others with similar neck-shoulder- issues to see her!

  The therapists are good, and the price is competitive. However, three times in the last two years, you have cancelled my massage on the day it was scheduled, twice when I was already there. This is hugely disrespectful, especially since I am charged full price when I have to do the same.
