- Rating 5.0My therapist May was magnificent! As someone continuing to recover from an earlier cervical spine surgery, I appreciated how efficient yet thorough she was in our consultation. Her technique was excellent - I will highly recommend others with similar neck-shoulder- issues to see her!

However, three times in the last two years, you have cancelled my massage on the day it was scheduled, twice when I was already there. This is hugely disrespectful, especially since I am charged full price when I have to do the same.

- Rating 2.5No Aesthetician available. The masseuse is fabulous, but it would be nice to have an aesthetician since I’m paying all this money for a membership. Can’t even get a facial. Very disappointing and I’m considering canceling my membership.
- Rating 2.5I’ve had multiple therapist cancel for various reasons on the day and sometimes hour of my scheduled massage. My last 90 minute massage started 20 minutes late but still finished early therefore not giving me the 90 minutes I paid for.
