  No Aesthetician available. The masseuse is fabulous, but it would be nice to have an aesthetician since I’m paying all this money for a membership. Can’t even get a facial. Very disappointing and I’m considering canceling my membership.

  I’ve had multiple therapist cancel for various reasons on the day and sometimes hour of my scheduled massage. My last 90 minute massage started 20 minutes late but still finished early therefore not giving me the 90 minutes I paid for.

  Getting a massage is easy! I was in and out. The massage was wonderful! Yaneira is amazing and I’m so glad I found and have kept a good one!

  When we pulled up and parked, we noticed a young woman standing on the side of the building smoking a cigarette. She looked pretty wasted and was making all kinds of odd faces. We watched her for a few minutes and because we were a little early, we walked around a bit before we went for our appointment. We were surprised to see that same woman (Andrea) behind the counter of Massage Envy. She was definitely wired, still making the same faces, hands shaking, and seemed a bit scattered. Didn’t make much sense a couple of times. Not a very good look for the front desk. My husband was scheduled with Marie. He said while she was good, all she did was talk the entire time. We were both under the impression that quiet and relaxing was the mood for a massage. Not chit chat and hearing about how she is a mermaid at her regular job. He actually said he didn’t think she was quiet for more than 10 minutes total. I had George, who was wonderful. He immediately asked what my tight spots were, and I told him my back, neck and shoulders. That’s all he worked on for the entire hour. While I felt great afterwards, I assumed he was going to massage the rest of my body as well. I didn’t realize that he would only focus on the spots I mentioned (maybe my fault). All-in-all, we both were disappointed insomuch as the massages, along with tip cost us almost $300. I was hoping to become a member, but I have my doubts. Just wanted to let you know how we felt afterwards. Thanks for your time.

  Julia was incredible and I highly recommend her. She provided a firm pressured massage which focused on my hip flexors, lower back, and arms. Those areas were quite tight and felt relaxed and pain free when finished.

  I have been dealing with skin issues on my back for years causing very annoying constant itching. Two back facials and the itching is gone so long as I get 1 back facial per month.

  I have far and away the best therapist around. I’ve used several at the exton location but others around town and hands down Yanira is the best!

  I enjoyed my massage, but I feel that a 90 message isn't worth getting because I paid for a 90 minute massage that was, in fact, 70 minutes.
