- Rating 5.0Inga is a great masseuse and always does an excellent massage. My issue is in the past year I have been canceled by Massage Envy on 4 occasions. Al they do is reschedule me for the next month. This time I was running late so I called am 1hr earlier to let them know my meeting was running late. I was informed whether I show up or not I would still be charged. I sat threw 30 min of traffic gat a 15 min massage , but tipped for the Full hr as I know it was not her fault. Nevertheless there is ZERO repercussion for Them canceling on the customer, but don't you have a co flict
- Rating 2.5Cut back on the up selling. It costs enough with the monthly fee, tipping and additional service fee if applicable. Being asked for even more is really starting to make it an unenjoyable experience

Angelina immediately recognized that my experience would be impacted since I was in the room right across from the “quiet” room. She engaged the manager to direct the other customer to stop her behavior.
- Rating 2.5Availability is limited. Hard to book massage sessions and even when I did hard to keep it due to illness etc.
