Hello, I just received a massage at your 205 location, and was really disappointed with it. I had specifically booked a massage for firm pressure, actually picking an earlier time (and leaving work early) in order to get a massage therapist that had that noted in their skillset. I also booked for 90 minutes as I was hoping to extra work done on my legs. First I got to there early, around 4, and paid and was out the door at 5:25. How is that a 90 minute massage? I do understand it does not include 90 full minutes on the table, but I did have to go over forms, sit and wait for minute, etc. it just does not seem like I received the full time. Second, I asked for more firmness during the massage 3-4 times, and the masseuse barely got firmer and for only a short time. This was probably the most lackluster massage I have ever received, I felt like I was just oil pushed around on my skin. The masseuse asked no questions during the massage regarding if it was firm enough, or honestly nothing in general. There were times I had to ask if I should adjust my position so she could massage an appendage better instead of her asking or doing the work. She didn’t even offer a glass of water after the service. Then upon payment I felt very pressured to tip. Besides the signage on the counter, I was asked 3 or 4 times if I was tipping by the hostess. Even after I express dissatisfaction at the massage. I even asked if she was a new masseuse because she just felt very inexperienced. I was offered another introductory priced massage, but declined. I know people can have off days, and maybe that was the case here, but $150 for what is suppose to be a firm 90 minute massage isn’t cheap, especially when it wasn’t firm and I do think it was rushed. I’m happy to chat over the phone more about this, but I would like to see a partial refund for this service. Thank you, Sarah Daley Sent from my iPhone
