- Rating 1.0My appointments at this location were either canceled or they gave me a wrong time for my appointment. The lady said 3:30 PM the previous day and come to find out it was 11:30 AM, so I missed my appointment.

- Rating 1.0I reported an incident of two employees being negative and talking down about the management at the location. When the incident was over my therapist accuse me of being angry at her and being upset because I was getting into the session late. I told her I had nothing to do with it I also tried to let her know that I knew that it was not heard doing the complaining that it was the other person and that she was trying to settle him down. Not only did the other therapist come out and give me stink eye my own therapist dropped to my sessions. What I had said should have been either held in confidence by the management or handle differently that I should not have been confronted by a therapist before starting my session. It completely unacceptable experience all around
