They often have great availability; more so than in previous years. However, this does scare me because it seems like things are changing: folks seem to be not obtaining services from ME as they have in the past. Makes me afraid that that ME will close down after awhile. I love getting my facials and massages at the 205 location and I hate to see them go one day just like the location in Gresham. My esthetician, Emily was kind, relatable, calm and inviting, however, she barely touched my hands, arms or face: basically, she was way too soft with her movements. I didn't want to say anything, so I just dealt with it. A hand massage (IMO) should be a bit firm and your palm should be pressed on, fingers pulled and top of hand massaged: most of that did not happen. Also, It would have been great if the esthetician would have removed my make-up off my eyes and lips but she did not: most of the time that happens with other estheticians. Emily placed lip gloss over my old lipstick, which was strange I thought; I did agree to it when she asked, "would you like lip gloss," but I did fall asleep during the facial, so I was thinking maybe I missed the part when she gently removed my lipstick. My face looked good once Emily was done; I was a bit too shiny, so a little less shine would be nice. I love shine, but not that much shine! ☺ I think Emily will be a force to be reckoned with if she uses more pressure every where (hands, face, arms, etc) and if she uses just a tad bit less shine. The music she played was beautiful and on point; better than the music that other estheticians have played and the volume was a little louder than the music of other estheticians; I really liked that. Emily's vibe is awesome, she just needs to be a little more firm in her movements and I think she will be great!
