    Had a problem with my last massage and the customer service I encountered dealing with it has been unsatisfactory. "Things happen" and ultimately view of customer is based on how well the issues are handled. If I were going to a private practitioner I could have called him/her and gotten satisfaction. Now I'm stuck in an administrative system that is virtually unresponsive.

    Constantly canceling my appointments, because of good therapist leaving. no clear communication about when the treatment starts and ends. I was just told yesterday that it is supposed to start at the exact appointment time, in which case never does, I've been called back as late as 10 min then it takes at least 5 min to talk and ask me questions, undress and get them back in the room, and then end 5-10 min before end time. 45 min for a 85.00 for new in experienced therapist is absurd This is just the tip of the iceburg!! and part of the reason I am ending my membership, as have all of my family
