  Please forgive me as I am horrible with names, but the woman that check me in was extremely friendly. I had showed up over an hour early (I had my times mixed up) and she walked me through the entire process (discussed my focus area, walking through the add ons and helping me decide my essential oil), and then helped me to the waiting room. Then when I was finished she explained the month to month subscription and helped me sign up. Very detail oriented and walked me through everything. I also appreciated her kind conversation while I waited.

  I would have rated it higher, but I thought that two good sized increases in two years was unreasonable. I'm now deciding if I can continue my membership.

  Front reception was not helpful they were confusing. I had a gift certificate to use. After my service she said I could make another appt. I said not at this time. She said to lock in my price of $85 I need to book today ??? Or it would be $145 next time ??? I can see fee increase but not at $60 increase? I asked what ? Why ? Just a big price increase she shrugged her shoulders and said she didn’t know ??? Then she gives me a brochure about a wellness program where if I become a member at $85 I could lock in my facials at monthly $85. I’m sorry is she new? Someone coming in with gift card they should start out by being more welcoming, explaining their fees are based on membership… not that she doesn’t know why the fee will go up ???? She could have said non member fee is $145 Also not to nic pic but it’s not a full hour facial by the tone you chat with staff about your needs, undress, have service… time was up at 11:24 I technically still had 6 mins But my esthetician was wonderful. I didn’t like the fact there had to be two transactions one with cc for service mom one machine, tipping on another machine and they add service fee to tip ?
