- Rating 5.0Mallika is a treasure! Not only is she a super skilled massage therapist (her stretch skills are amazing!) she is a really kind and life-affirming person. Always thoughtful and positive, I feel better both mentally and physically after my time with her. And the stretching and massage tool she wields make my massage last many more days than the other massages I’ve had. She should be rewarded handsomely for her skills! Also the two young women at the front desk, Madison and Rachel, were very helpful and personable. They make a good first impression for your establishment.
- Rating 4.0A 60-minute message for $85 is actually only 50 minutes. I was told they allow 10 of those 60 minutes for undressing/dressing.
- Rating 1.0The worst massage that I’ve ever had. The technician sat in a chair the whole time. She never worked on my arms, or my glutes or my lower back.
- Rating 5.0People are friendly and quick to respond to you when you walk in and leave.

- Rating 3.5Several times over the last couple of years I have been put in the coldest room at the end of the hallway. Yesterday I was in another room closer to the front desk and it happened again. Not just no heat, but air-conditioning! I asked the massage therapist if the air condition was for me or her, and she said it was central heating so couldn't be changed. She was also very cold, which is just plain wrong.

- Rating 4.5I find the interior of Massage Envy, at least at the Cedar Hill location, to be dark and dingy. The carpet clearly needs to be replaced. The walls are a darker gray. There's a difference between having a low-light, calming, relaxing environment versus everything just being dark. This is a small thing, but I notice it every time I'm there. That's why this is rated 9 not a 10.
- Rating 5.0I had a massage with Brett. He managed to dig out a spot I had and found a new one we can work on next time.he is very deep tissue and today (the following day) I am taking ibuprofen. Which I expected and was prepared for!
