- Rating 1.0The therapist was using way too much pressure I asked him several times to stop and that it was too much and he told me it was ok and it had to be that way. He also kept blowing air on me. And in my experience if I client is telling you to stop or adjust your technique for their comfort. You stop. There is no reason to continue. No. No.

- Rating 5.0I could feel the stress leaving my body when I walked in the door. It was very inviting when walking in the door. Everyone is very friendly and nice and they make sure you have everything you need.
- Rating 2.5Overall, I like massage envy but I find the quality varies between providers and booking is not very convenient. The website and the app make it look like you can book online but it has NEVER worked for me. My credit card info is on file but I still get a “billing error” if I try to book a service. I’ve always had to call to book an appointment and I wish that wasn’t the case.

- Rating 1.0The massage wasn't great, her stomach was against my head sometimes, and one of her fingernails was digging into my neck. This was an awful experience.
- Rating 1.5It's not a spa like experience. The rooms are worn, and its LOUD. The staff ad therapists do nothing to encourage a quite relaxing environment. There's loud talking and doors slamming.
