- Rating 2.5I was disappointed with the length of time I received getting a massage. I booked a 90 minute massage at 11AM, which would end at 12:30. My massage ended at 12:13, which I was surprised and confused about. I used the massage envy link to share this experience, but never received a response back. I paid extra money for an hour and a half, but only got about an hour from start to finish. I was looking for a new place since I moved and my usual massage place is further from me. I will continue to make the drive to go to my usual place. Super bummed out.

- Rating 1.0The actual massage. In general, I didn’t like her techniques, and they felt like they didn’t really help work out my problem areas. I told her my low back has been bugging me and wanted focus there and she spent little time on lower back. I also had a really tough time with her pressure. When I tried to give her feedback on more or less, she had a hard time comprehending what I was asking for. On my arm she was doing very light pressure and when I asked for a little more, she increased si much she bruised my forearm.
