- Rating 5.0I have been seeing Amy at Massage Envy Strongsville for about 7 months now. For perspective, I am a 100% disabled veteran with several physically painful disabilities, so I sought out care at Massage Envy to help alleviate everyday pain I experience. From the moment I walk through the doors for my regular appointments with Amy, the front desk staff is always nice, kind, extremely helpful, informative, and welcoming. Going a step further with the care, I can't speak for all of the massage therapists there, but if any of them are like Amy, then Massage Envy will be anyone's good decision to make if they need to feel better or get rid of chronic pain. Realistically they aren't doctors, but I can say with certainty from my experience it has been better than most licenced physician care by far, and I can't thank them enough.

- Rating 1.0I have autoimmune issues and restless leg syndrome. I booked 90 minutes. When I met my massage therapist, I told her I can't tolerate having my legs massaged. She explained that it will help RLS but it does not for me. She explained that since I don't get regular massages, 90 minutes will cause me to be in pain the next day. I asked if we could switch it to 60 and she said she couldn't. Normally, I would understand not switching it, but to proceed with a 90 minute knowing I would be hurting the next day made the experience upsetting. I did not relax and yes, I am in pain today. Putting money over experience is never a way to run a business. Had she changed it, she would have found herself with a tip that ensured she did not miss out on money.
