  I would never recommend Cheryl. That was the worst massage I have ever had. She was super fast and didn't massage anything she just did a light rub. She spent more time in between each area than she did actually massaging. Seemed like just wasting time. When she got to massaging my arms I actually counted in my head and she rubbed not massaged both of my arms for less than 30 seconds. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any massage center. Highly disappointed especially for how much we have to pay!

  My masseuse did not provide good pressure when I asked her to increase a few times. She also kept talking about how she is a healer and would not let me enjoy the experience. I asked her to focus on my neck and her response was “well I have 20 mins” and when I said you can just spend more time on the neck instead of other areas she still didn’t. I didn’t have a relaxing time and expected more when paying high prices for a massage.

  The 2 month ahead scheduling procedure is awful. It is not in the best interest of your customers.

  We made sure to get to Massage Envy a half hour early to fill out proper paperwork needed. We waited in the inside waiting room to be called back (which was fine). My appointment was for 5, and we were in the waiting room at 4:40. I was finally called back by an older man (I believe his name was Dave, but don't remember) at 5:08. I asked him what time the time started for the hour massage, and he said once he began the massage (no worries I thought). Well, the massage lasted for 49 minutes. And about the massage, my pre-teen son could give a better back massage. Also, Dave spends a prolonged amount of time doing your glutes. *oops* It is a nice place with nice people, just the old masseuse is a cheat and is not a trustworthy man at all....also a terrible masseuse.

  The staff is very professional and helpful. The front office is always cheerful and welcoming. Jovon is amazing. He listens to what's going on with my back and leg issues and I'm always feeling better afterwards. He's professional and engaging making sure I'm comfortable and doing ok.

  I try to get a 90 minute massage once a month. My experience with my current therapist is amazing. She truly cares about helping you feel better. I would highly recommend Amy.

  The women at the front desk, Tyanna and Mallorie, were both super sweet and accommodating. My service provider, Courtney, made me feel very comfortable and explained everything that was going to happen, as this was my first massage. Afterwards, she gave me a glass of water and gave me some exercises to stretch some of the areas she noticed that were a little more tight than others. The whole environment was very relaxing and it was all very beneficial to my mental health!

  Lauren was amazing. I’ve never had a facial before, and she answered all my questions and had me feeling so relaxed and refreshed. I would absolutely go to her again.
