- Rating 5.0I love my massage therapist but the feel the cream instead of thr lotion made it a rough feeling on my body so it was not as good as James usually is but in essence it had nothing to do with James, if I would have been told I would have felt thr rough feeling and not smooth like lotion I would have skipped it and done the hydrating lotion add on.

- Rating 1.0Every part could have been better. After waiting in the salon aesthetics reception room the front desk came in to say my appt was cancel due to my aesthetician not being there. I rescheduled my appt for 2 days later with a different aesthetician. This aesthetician after I am on the table shirtless says she can’t give me either facial I wanted. She was only trained for a regular facial. I also did not receive the free neck and décolleté for my first cancellation inconvenience.
