- Rating 3.5I booked a 90 minute massage. I truly need a two hour session, but there’s very few therapists that will do that, and I can’t really afford it very often. On the morning of my appointment they called me to ask if I would be willing to do a 60 minute session because the therapist had two 90 minute sessions back to back and that would be too much for her. I do understand that, but I was SO disappointed.. I needed that 90 minute session and that didn’t seem to be important to anyone else. I thought it was terrible customer service. Why was I able to schedule a 90 minute, if that was too much for the therapist? I sure hope that was a one time occurrence. No apologies or offering of any extra enhancement for the inconvenience. It was a big disappointment.
