This was my first chemical peel treatment. The complimemtary follow up kit, which my aesthetician said was critical to use for 7 days after to see full results, was missing 2 products from the kit. I called the front desk as was told I could return to exchange for a new kit, however it is very inconvenient to go back and now (4 days later) I have not been able to do the follow up care. As such, I am not seeing good results from a treatment for which I paid alot! I understand this is the fault of the kit supplier and not massage envy. However, this has significantly impacted my experient and so I will not be booking any facial treatments at massage envy again.
