- Rating 1.5My therapist was lovely and gave me an awesome massage. The front staff, however, might need some extra training for customer service. I had a credit that my sister transferred to me. Her home location is at Bethel and what could’ve been an easy phone call for the front staff to make in the hour that I was in the massage and have the credit transfered, they told me my sister has to figure it out…. I’m still waiting on my refund as well since they didn’t want to fix the very simple issue
