- Rating 3.5Not this particular visit, but been a monthly member for years. Had first appt on a Monday last month and had to cancel because woke up ill. Shouldn't lose my visit given these circumstances.
- Rating 1.5After booking I did not receive any email confirmation. I went to the wrong location and was told if I cancelled I would get charged anyway. It’s absurd to not send confirmations.

- Rating 2.5The store my home store could be more.personable and friendly the one I had doing the massage I felt like I didn't receive the whole massage in my time compared to to the other store in bridge water they were friendly and explained everything very well and I felt much better when I left and I going back to that store again she was great
- Rating 5.0My therapist was extremely thorough and patient. He made sure that I was comfortable during my entire visit and focused on what I wanted.
- Rating 5.0Extremely relaxing. I left feeling much less tension in my neck and shoulders.
