- Rating 4.5I was very late but my masseuse was willing to adjust my massage to get my back relaxed.
- Rating 3.0Costs have gone up too much I had to cut back to 1 hour instead of 1.5 hours and I had to stop enhancements EMT
- Rating 5.0my rating is based totally on my therapist, Charlotte. I have had a membership for years. I feel like the client experience at ME has declined. My membership cost keeps going but the service is sub par. I have many examples if management cares to hear, but the most recent was my last massage when the fire alarms went off. I know this was not your staffs fault but my massage was cut short. I never received a follow up call or no care that I was OK and was out safely. The staff was confused what to do, but if you are client obsessed a follow up call to the client to reschedule or apologize for the inconvenience. Is the least that you could do. Perfect example of a decline in overall experience.

I broke my clavicle last year and once I was ready to come back to massages she was there! Gave me the perfect firmness where I experienced no pain only relief!! She very educated in the muscles she knows when you are stiff when you don’t!! She works the muscles leaving them relaxed !! I am always very pleased leaving Massage Envy!!
