- Rating 1.0I am a father of a 10 month old, and had forgotten about a follow up massage that I was reserved for. After I realized I didn’t go, I tried to see if I could get a refund as a one time courtesy. The associate stated that they were already doing me a favor by rescheduling. I barely have time in my schedule to fit my daily activities in, let alone figure out when I can make it back. She had a condescending attitude as we spoke and said she could reschedule it but no refund. My wife is a member there and will be canceling as well.
