- Rating 2.5based on my single experience, I don't know that I would recommend that location. I've had dozens of massages, and that was the one of the lowest ranking experiences I've had. I actually considered walking out mid-massage.

- Rating 4.5The massage was great. A lot of times when I ask for a "light" massage it's not light enough and its still a little to vigorous for my liking. Then I go through masseuse after masseuse, but Jenna did perfect! Appointments are easy to make and the establishment is clean and soothing. I gave 9 instead of 10 because my appointment was late but she made up the time so no big deal and the room was a little cold.
- Rating 5.0Friendly, helpful staff who made it easy to check in. Jenna and Katie were exceptional! They constantly asked if I needed anything whether it was lighter pressure or if the mist was okay! I really appreciated not only their professionalism but also their precise attention to detail. Thank you for making my experience so wonderful.
- Rating 3.5I like the current massage therapist I see, but I've had bad experiences in the past that lead me to rate lower than a 10.
- Rating 1.0Front desk is rude and charges when your membership should have taken care of my visit. They could not explain so I left. Probably will not return and I’m thinking of canceling my membership or transferring to a different location
