Pricing is very confusing. There are no prices listed anywhere and the only way to figure out the cost a service you are interested in is to go all the way through to book the service and then it is impossible to figure out how or if your membership applies to it. The front desk person never asks if I want to book another appointment, and didn’t really explain how my membership service applied to my 90 min massage. I didn’t pay anything extra, so I don’t know how she applied it. There is no way to check on the website or app how many massages I have left since I didn’t go for several months. It seems as if the information should be easily accessible through my account and most information shoujj on d be spelled out on the website.
