Even though she told me to let her know if I needed more or less pressure at the beginning, when I said I needed more she said she couldn’t give any more pressure. It was the worst massage I have ever had.
- Rating 4.0I keep finding out my recurring appointments are not getting scheduled and don't find out until I am about to miss one.
- Rating 4.0The person who did my service seemed extremely inexperienced. Although she followed all of the correct steps, for the most part, she seemed very nervous and a little awkward. Additionally, while I was sitting in the “tranquility” room, I could hear very clearly the people at the front desk, talking ***** about either a customer or a vendor, or something. The conversation was very inappropriate and loud.
