  I went with 5 because Sharon was a 10 she was so good! My massage was awful - the guy cut off at 72 minutes and smelled of cannibas which made it very hard for me to focus and relax - I want my service back - it unacceptable If I only saw Sharon that day everything was a 10 so please don’t let any of my bad experience reflect her fabulous customer service and treatment

  Had many firsts with this massage. First time for the cups which I really liked. First time with the massage gun. Really liked it on my glutes but still unsure about the legs. Elora explained everything before she started with both.

  I couldn’t make it to my appointment and you charged my credit for services. I talked with someone and cancelled. I had no idea I would still be charged for cancelling.

  Generally, I’ve had okay experience with therapists. I like being able to schedule online at any time. This time I scheduled with a therapist that listed Light-Medium-Firm. Mateo was super nice but he is light to medium, at best. It was disappointing because I communicated before we started and a few times during the session. I am not sure if he was feeling bad or something but he sat on the rolling stool the whole time so maybe that’s why he couldn’t use more pressure. Overall it was one of the most frustrating massages I’ve ever had. I mentioned he should update his pressure and you could tell he was annoyed. I mentioned to the front desk and she said, oh he may just not be right for you. No… he isn’t a firm pressure therapist. The front desk offered to add a free enhancement next time (which is a nice gesture) but I left pretty annoyed and frustrated. A waste of my 90 minutes and credits. 😫

  I was offered a special 6 month membership in July. This month would have my last payment. After I made my payment and asked to sign the required cancellation form the associate informed me there was no record of a 6 month membership and that I needed to make 6 more payments. She was very nasty and threatened to ask me to leave if I continued to dispute. I was so upset I left without getting the service I paid for. I would like a refund and cancellation as well as an apology
