- Rating 5.0Service was excellent. Scheduler helped me with suggestions of services to help me catch up on my services. She recommended a chemical peel/facial along with a 90 minute massage. Both services performed by Sharon, which was awesome. She educated me on the derma peel an answered all of my questions. She is very passionate about her job
- Rating 2.0My 60 minute massage was 45 minutes long from the time I entered to the time I left the room. The massage therapist did not make pressure adjustments when politely requested.

- Rating 1.0Horrible communication and bad contract/cancellation policy. Some therapists are great, others are horrible. I was at the front desk and a therapist comes in talking to me about how she’s pregnant too and IM NOT PREGNANT. How offensive! They also don’t call you back. The manager was supposed to call me back about an appointment I had to cancel and I called back multiple times and for the next few days and still never got a call back, and had to go into the office to speak with someone. The Kenwood location is horrible and I’m going to end up cancelling my membership of 8 years because of the constant issues from this location.

- Rating 1.0I had no choice but to cancel the morning before my appointment that was scheduled for the afternoon because of an urgent matter that came up at home. it was not a no call no show. i have never done this before. i wanted to reschedule the appointment right away. i’m looking for an ongoing therapist for a chronic back issue, but instead of allowing any grace and rescheduling my appointment, they doubled down on charging me for the entire cost of the service that i did not receive.
