- Rating 5.0Only for services with Asa or Houston. I was ready to stop my membership until I seen Houston. Front desk staff is terrible majority of the time and therapists were even worse until I started seeing him.

- Rating 5.0I can’t say enough good things about Preston. I’ve tried a couple of the girls. I can’t remember how but a couple months ago I had him and I won’t have anybody else. He’s excellent with my back my hip my shoulders. I walk out of there with massage brain, literally feel like Jell-O.

- Rating 5.0Yesterday the front desk associate that knows me by name talked me into taking advantage of the gift card offer since she knows I am a regular customer visiting my tech for monthly services (wish I would have gotten her name!). Love that she was watching out for me! Rawand is another front desk associate that provides FANTASTIC customer service. She pre-books my appointments out for the year & when she recently noticed a makeup appointment I had was one hour & she knows I always do 90 minutes, she called me to offer the additional time when it became available. Jenn, my tech, is AMAZING which is why I have been a customer of her's & Massage Envy's for the past ten years. Every month she works out my kinks and helps my journey to stay in good physical & mental health.
