I had booked massages for my husband and I for his birthday and on our way there, received a text that my massage was cancelled and could no longer fulfill my massage for the day. I definitely know there are things that happen so was very understanding but we were literally driving in the car from Wooster, had arranged a babysitter for our 3 girls and we were really looking forward to our massages! It ended up that I was able to help squeezed in for a 30 minute massage, instead of morning at all. I was so thankful for the kindness that the front desk provided and also thankful to at least get a small massage!

- Rating 2.0On that day I was supposed to have a 60-minute massage at the Canton Massage Envy. I walked in at 1220p and my therapist did not come to get me until 1237p. Since they were late, I decided to time my visit. I started my timer when my therapist got me to when I walked out of the room I was in that I got back massage. The time was only 51 minutes and 32 seconds. From my knowledge, I am supposed to receive a 50-minute massage and 5 minutes before and after to change. I looked at the clock once she left and noticed it was 126p. After I undressed I layed on the table for almost 4 minutes waiting for my therapist to walk in to get started with my massage. This visit was absolutely ridiculous. People, you need to start timing these therapists, because they are shorting your time.
- Rating 3.5My only negative experiences all come down to the restraints and confinements of the subscription service agreement. Given the fact that I paid a monthly fee for many years now, the inability to gift more than one massage that I've already paid for per month has overall seem very confining and odd to me, I've already paid for them
