Last year, I scheduled a free consult for a chemical peel. Massage Envy cancelled my appt so they could use that spot for another customer’s service. It put me off from re-scheduling. I finally booked a chemical peel (10/18), but had a day of conflict due to my child’s mandatory band performance- I booked for 8pm thinking it would be over by 7 but it really ended at 8pm. I tried to reschedule appt for the next day but was told I’d have to pay 50%, plus she had a 90min opening the next day and my appt would only take 60, so I couldn’t book bc it would leave a 30min gap in her schedule. This was an expensive service. I missed my daughter’s performance so I could be on time to appt. This has deterred me significantly from booking future appointments and I’m very disappointed at this corporate policy.
