- Rating 5.0I had an appointment with Massage Envy in Waxhaw, NC on 9/20 and it was an excellent experience. My therapist, Bill, was the best that I have experienced with since I had moved to the area in 2016. He was attentive and demonstrated excellent techniques. I came in with a lot of tightness in my neck, lower back and elbows. Following the session, all the tightness has gone away and has continued to be the case into today. I have already made my next appointment with Bill and is looking forward to the experience. Please pass along my thanks and compliment to Bill!!! Thanks
