- Rating 1.0My first visit I decided to try a massage (had not had one for more than 3 years) and was looking forward to some pampering. When asked what I would like to accomplish, I said if there's any way to smooth out some wrinkles that would be awesome. Therapist said - you should get a chemical peel. OK, sounds good let's do it. No other conversation was had. I was open and ready to enjoy. About 25 minutes later my facial was over, not that much fun and cost TWICE what I expected. My expectations were not met. Then I tried a massage. I wanted a high pressure massage, but was given a therapist that does low to medium pressure and felt that I spent the time just getting slathered with massage oil and not having a real massage. Those are my only 2 experiences so far. (I have 4 more points left..... we'll see.)

- Rating 5.0The staff and the atmosphere is just so wonderful here at the Falls of the Nuese. The staff is always there to help you. The massage specialsits do there jobs with much care. I have been coming here for many years. Just excellent in all aspects of making sure you enjoy your therapy.
