I just ended my membership after several years. I have always enjoyed the actual massage therapists, but the customer service has declined considerably. I received a text about my therapist having openings on Thursday. I did not respond because I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday. I got a text on Friday saying my appointment on Saturday was canceled. I said that I wish I had know the day before and I would have come in on Thursday. There were several texts exchanged and I felt the whole interaction was very discourteous / brusque. I also found out that it was not true either - my therapist told me she had informed prior to Friday. I texted to ask how many credits I had, and how I could close out my membership. No response. I asked again the next day. No response. I scheduled online an appointment. I got a text to confirm but still no response. I got my massage and closed out my membership. There were some forms to fill out. The feedback questions were PRE-POPULATED with checkmarks stating all was "Great." I was appalled. After I filled out my part, I needed the manager to countersign, but she had left and the person left at the desk was not able to sign. She also did not have the number of the manager. The manager came back 10 minutes later to sign. No apology. Again, appalling customer service.
