- Rating 1.5Location was noisy outside of the massage room. Employees were slamming doors and talking loudly. Additionally my appointment started 10 minutes late because the prior customer fell asleep in the room.

- Rating 1.5This is my second time coming and the massagers talk too much and both had very strange and ineffective techniques not to mention were extraordinarily rough even after requesting them to go easy.
- Rating 1.0My 60 minute massage was actually only 48 minutes was supposed to start at 2:00, started at 2:10 and ended at 2:58.. I was asked THREE times what problem areas I was having and they really weren’t addressed in my massage as if that was what I reported. Irene left the blanket/sheet on for a good amount of time and just pushed on my body? Very weird and honestly was the worst massage I’ve ever had.
